Our AI voice agent Christine handles phone calls on behalf of our clients. In compliance with federal and state regulations:

  • Every call includes a recording notification
  • Call recordings are stored securely and retained for service improvement and client reporting
  • Call data is accessible only to the business client and Agentic Solutions staff

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with:

  • Service Providers: Retell AI (voice processing), Twilio (telecommunications), Google (analytics and calendar), Stripe (payments) — only as necessary to provide our services
  • Business Clients: Call data and analytics are shared with the business client whose phone line Christine is handling
  • Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable safeguards consistent with the New York SHIELD Act to protect your personal information, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest
  • Access controls limiting data access to authorized personnel
  • Regular security assessments
  • 48-hour breach notification to affected parties
